The girls were trained in Callanetics sport circle twice a week in free time. Every training lasted 60 minutes. The program was designed for 72 hours and contained: theoretical part, practical part, control part, tasks for independent work and eating recommendations. Results: motives for girl students’ practicing callanetics were found. We registered positive changes in anthropometric indicators, power abilities and flexibility. After two months’ training body mass of girl students reduced. We showed need in changing physical culture trainings’ forms and methods in universities.
