| Abstract |
Here the notion of professional competence of future teachers in the sphere of physical culture is defined. It is proved that in a training of a teacher of any specialty a big part is assigned to knowledge, skills, facilities and experience in the sphere of physical culture. The ways of forming professional competence in the sphere of physical culture among future teachers are shown. The role and facilities of fencing in the forming professional competence are disclosed.
