| Annotation | The Knowledge received at development of an obligatory minimum of the maintenance of a program material on physical training, should make basis of representations about a healthy way of life and provide a theoretical basis of formation of skills and skills on physical self-improvement of the person during all life. Use of active methods of training on theoretical employment promotes formation and development of cognitive interest of students as to development of knowledge and formation of skills, and to practical employment by physical training. |
