PHYSICAL RECREATION - HOW TO UNDERSTAND IT?

Abstract On the example of train aid "Physical recreation" the basic questions of the use of physical recreation are considered for active and passive rest of man (student) in any terms of modern civilization. It is marked that direction physical recreation is perspective. This direction is a relative novelty from position of teacher in area of physical culture and sport. Attention is accented on the necessity of the use of the proper facilities, forms and methods with a correct argumentation and system of proofs. It is marked that estimation of the functional state of man only not quite real pedagogical methods. Needed medical-pedagogical supervisions and simultaneous estimation of teacher (trainer) and doctor. Recommendations are resulted on organization recreation health-improvement measures for under-fives, schoolboys, students and grown man population.
