THE REGULATORY MECHANISM OF AGENT ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE.

Abstract An analysis is conducted normatively-legal documents, regulating activity of sporting agents in Ukraine. The analysis of activity is conducted 60 soccer clubs of Ukraine. The mechanism of acquisition of license of agent of footballers is rotined. The right and duties sides, incoming in contractual relations are presented. Different approaches of the normative adjusting of activity of agents are rotined different countries. The right and duties agents are exposed, clubs, sportsmen, the mechanism of their co-operation is presented. It is set that to date there are 60 professional soccer clubs in Ukraine. More than 12 000 footballers work in clubs. It is marked that for the most effective co-operating with clubs footballers must co-operate with agents. Directions of perfection activity of agents and sportsmen are recommended.
