Abstract Directions of forming of social health of modern teenagers are considered in general educational establishments. Potential of school course of «Basis of health» and extracurricular work is exposed in forming of social health of students of basic school. Possibilities of section are exposed the «Social constituent of health» in the context of his orientation on forming of social health of student. Given suggestion on perfection of maintenance of computer-integrated course of «Basis of health». The subject of questions is offered on forming of social health of students in the process of extracurricular work. Possible directions are rotined increase of individual social health of young people level. The forms of education are offered for the teenagers of aspiring to the most complete realization itself in социуме. The necessity of forming for the young people of possibility of adaptation in the difficult terms of modern reality, abilities to adapt to social and financial inequality, is marked.
