ENGAGED IN A PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT AS A BASIC FORMATIVE SYSTEM FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON THE HEALTHY WAY OF LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE

Abstract Scientific methodical and special scientific literature is analysed on questions of sporting physiology and sporting pedagogics. The problems of healthy way of life of young people are examined. A specific and influencing of different types of sport is certain on a health schoolboys and students. The necessity of systematic character of employments is shown by a physical culture and sport. It is examined as a method of saving and strengthening of health. The methods of the special physical preparation are separately selected on engaged in karate. They are examined as a formative the system factor of technologies of saving of health and sporting perfection of young people.
