DETERMINANTS OF GROUP COHESION ON THE FOOTBALL TEAM.

Abstract It is shown analysis of the determinants of cohesion and their manifestation in athletes - football players. We consider personal factors and their relationship to credible group cohesion among players. Established that the determinants of group cohesion are a factor with "emotional instability - emotional stability," the experience of the team, normative behavior (factor G), the factor Q2: «conformism - non-conformism," resistance to conflict, factor A "closed - sociability" and the factor F: «restraint - expressiveness."
