ROLE OF MODERN HEALTH TECHNIQUES IN PROPHYLAXIS OF DEFICIENCIES IN MINERALISATION OF THE BONE TISSUE IN STUDENTS

Abstract The article describes the peculiarities of bone mass peak formation. In research 108 students were plugged in age 19-23 years. There are presented the method of prophylaxis of osteopenia/osteoporosis in students - the optimisation of life style on the base of modern health techniques. The following experimental complex program of the physical rehabilitation. There are given results of studies of the bone tissue structural - functional state of 108 students depending on age, sex and specialization. There is studied the connection between the indices of density and morpho-functional conditions of students.
