Abstract	The results of researches rotined close intercommunication of mechanisms of adjusting of pose and autokinesia of sportsmen in the process of making and immediately in front of shot. It provides optimum base-line terms for realization of exactness autokinesia are firings on a target. In researches the sportsmen of different qualification took part in an amount 14 persons. In the process of adaptation for sportsmen the mechanisms of co-ordination of two functional systems are formed. Systems conditionality change of adjusting stability of pose in accordance with descriptions of forthcoming autokinesia. The models got on this stage allow to forecast stability of pose, character of its adjusting immediately in front of shot, exactness of firing depending on character of adjusting of pose in the period of making and shot
