Abstract The period of mass distribution of physical culture and forming man-sportsman is considered. A role and value of volley-ball is shown in life of millions people. Positions of volley-ball are presented in making healthy society and increase of his standard of culture. Mentioned facts mass infatuation for volley-ball. Positions of the state in regard to support of mass character of volley-ball are distinguished as a folk game. High authority of volley-ball and his value is marked in physical development of the young generations.
