DYNAMICS OF FREQUENCY OF PALPITATION OF STUDENTS AFTER THE ENDURANCE LOADING DEFINED ACCORDING TO THE «SPEAKING TEST»

Abstract The article reveals the experimental substantiation of the use of loadings directed on the development of general endurance of the students of given high school. The technique of the "speaking test" during the jogging on endurance for strengthening health of students is offered. The comparative analysis of restoration of frequency of palpitation after loadings on endurance according to the "speaking test" and the general program is shown in the article. This approach allows supporting of the students constant interest for jogging on endurance. They enjoy jogging and do it with pleasure.
