Annotation The object of research is the training process aimed at achieving an adequate level of general and special physical training. Investigation of features of motor abilities in various sports, determines the level of physical training of gymnasts, athletes and volleyball players that allows identifying gaps in general and special training, which would greatly help in improving the entire training process.
