Annotation Today one of the greatest problems connected with nutrition is the problem of overweight. Physically passive and emotionally stressful way of living becomes more widespread all over the world. Obesity leads to the appearance of a great deal of diseases. To achieve the ideal is very difficult for a lot of people, who want to lose weight, that is why they feel a great physical and psychological stress. Certain psychological reasons of irregular body weight are examined in this article. The interconnection between biographical, social and psychological characteristics at students with normal weight and overweight is demonstrated here.
