Annotation The article is devoted to pressing question of an orthopedics and traumatology - to surgical treatment of a pathology of the copular vehicle of a knee joint on a background of dysplasia. The role of physical aftertreatment in the preoperative term fixed. The urgency of a theme is stipulated by a bulk of events of this pathology and gravity of its treatment and aftertreatments. The new complex procedure of preoperative preparation of patients with an incompetence of the copular vehicle on a background of a dysplasia designed. It allows to improve effects of treatment of patients.
