Annotation	Such characteristics as pushing and kinesthetic reaction time; dynamical data of pushing; pushing angle may differentiate the technique of start by differently qualified swimmers and may be markers of starting fulfillment quality. The high-rank demands of maximum rapid starts and maximum first-meters' velocity are required to swimmers' skills. Start should be resultative, motivated, economic and assured.
