Annotation The results of the combination therapy of Pramistar and Kurantil on treatment in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome pas been analysed in the article. There were examined 30 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. The study demonstrated that after treatment for 8 weeks researchers noted better cognitive functioning, lessening depressive syndrome expressivity, increasing general activity of patients. The efficacy and security of clinical application were determined.
