Annotation The bath is the most widespread method which is used by fighters for regeneration of an organism after training process. Agings of fighters of a low class need to be organized separately from agings modular. Introduced parameters characterize aging sportsmen of middle class. In the training program rearrangement or completion of training process is necessary. Exercises should be individual for each sportsman with allowance for age and possibilities. On exercises it is necessary to use a method of an electrocardiography. Use of this method allows to evaluate shaping of physical readiness, to increase sports outcome of sportsmen and to protect them from transhipment.
