Annotation This article describes the main reasons of traumatism during the trainings and sport competitions in the institutes of higher education. The most important ways of avoiding similar problems and creation of safe conditions for the students and sportsmen during the sport trainings are also described here. Besides the main recommendations of how to create conditions which are necessary for safe sport trainings of youth (climate, inventory, loads etc.) concrete situations in which traumatism might have place and the methods of escaping them are brought here.
