Annotation	In the article is presented: the results of estimation of physical condition student first course Kharkov National University for the last 5 years; the methods to organizations independent occupation for decision of the problem of the improvement of physical condition student, developments and improvements their main physical quality; the conditions of the undertaking the atheletic drills in wood, near dormitories, in atheletic room. Enormous positive role sanitary harness racing is shown for fortification of the cardiovascular system, breathings and gas-exchange, increase physical and mental capacity to work.
