Annotation The physical culture represents a part of culture, and it is the property of all people. It is not only powerful means of physical perfection of organism's functions and improvement of the man, but education of labour, social and creative activity of the citizens of society also. The physical culture of student's youth is not settled by performance of the certain exercises, occupation of game kinds of sports, gymnastics, tourism and other kinds of sports. The physical education in a Higher educational institution includes a public and personal hygiene of education and life also, use of natural forces for the organism's hardening as a whole, correct mode of rest and meals. The article opens work of tabletennis educational branch of NTUU "Kiev polytechnic institute" with according to the program of "Physical education" for Higher educational institutions.
