Annotation The questions of size of loadings and control of physical preparedness of footballers are examined in the article. Many authors classify the basic types of loadings, applied in the process of training of skilled sportsmen differently. An evaluation scale allows controlling the level of development of motive qualities, enables to have comparative description on the different stages of preparation and trace the dynamics of changes of indexes of command and separate players. Tests are offered: for the estimation of speed, speed-power qualities, general and speed special endurance.
