Annotation	The presented information about student's physical condition, complaining on pains and discomfort in back, reasons of the trouble in muscular system in the spine of the person. Here are indicated specified ways of removal of spatial deformation in spinal cord muscles, appearing under continuing period of static muscules-strain of minimum intensity such as long stay of the body in physiological uncomfortable positions: long-time sitting, position benting over writing tables in high school, at home, at the computer board, at the drawing board.
