Annotation	For an estimation of condition sympathetic and parasympathetic department of vegetative nervous system, the sub crustal cardiovascular center, and also the supreme vegetative centers in space medicine has received application the analysis of variability of an intimate rhythm. For an estimation of conditions and health it is offered to use parameter PARS in automated computer обсчете with the help of system «Vector - 5». Such approach allows estimating in due time individual opportunities of an organism optimum to form long-term adaptation to extreme influences (competitions), to determine degrees of adaptedness to trained modes of activity, to reveal frustration of adaptation already at early stages when phenomena disadaptation are in sphere of management and do not mention functional and structural changes.
