Annotation In the course of rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis the expediency of application therapeutic karate exercises was determined as the together with considerable expansion of amplitude of movements in knee-joints favoured the preservation of mobility over a long period of time, while with application of therapeutic physical training the mobility lowered rapidly.
