Annotation	Realization of necessity in cultural leisure now circumscribed overall commercialization this sphere of public life. Effect of physical training on personal installations of the person and on his attitude to environmental is considered. With the help of occupations by physical training and sports it is possible a carry preventive measures asocial behaviours of children and youth about harmful habits.
