Material: in the survey participated 245 students. Results: it was found that according to students in physical education classes with the use of modern technologies are more efficient than traditional occupations (52%) are more emotional nature, help to improve mood (28%), helps to provide students the latest up to date information relative health (26 %) contribute to increased power consumption of an organism (8%).
