Abstract	The purpose of work consisted of formulation of perspective directions optimization of the system of preparation of reserve. The factor structure of the functional state of highly skilled footballers is set. 5 factors which characterize the structure of the functional state of sportsmen are certain: efficiency of metabolic processes of formation of energy; power of aerobic mechanism of энергообеспечения; speed-power potential of muscles; level of anaerobic capacity; efficiency of processes of renewal. The possible ways of decision are presented orientation to higher sporting trade taking into account the specific of playing types of sport.
