Abstract The features of pedagogical mutual relations among participants of higher school educational process on the background coaching design in physical education at high school are characterized; Importance of adherence to the principles of dialogue, subjectivity and humanity in the process of coaching organization at the educational process of subjects` pedagogical mutual relations for distinctive harmonious personality formation is substantiated. The directions of creative application of progressive theoretical ideas of realization of pedagogical mutual relations of teachers and students are reflected.
